These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and users of MEM GLOBAL VENTURE's online store, website (memglobalventure.onpay.my) and social media pages, for both physical and digital products. Please read this document carefully before using our services.
MEM GLOBAL VENTURE reserves the right to change, move or delete the content of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in immediate action against the offender(s).
Unless otherwise noted, all materials on this site — images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written materials — are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by MEM GLOBAL VENTURE.
All comments and feedback should be directed to memglobalventure@gmail.com. Users agree not to submit content that violates third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy) or that is unlawful, abusive, or obscene. Users are solely responsible for the content of their own comments.
All goods and services purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through available methods such as Visa, MasterCard or other online payment methods. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer; MEM GLOBAL VENTURE is not liable for delay or non-delivery caused by a failed authorization.
The sections below apply separately depending on whether your purchase is a Physical Product or a Digital Product/Service — they do not apply together to the same order.
Orders cancelled before shipment (within 12 hours of order submission, via email to memglobalventure@gmail.com) qualify for a full refund with no additional fees. After shipment, goods are non-refundable except for Failed Delivery, Wrong Delivery, or items Damaged during delivery. Eligible returns must be shipped back within 7 working days of receipt, in original, unused condition with proof of purchase. Change of order or cancellation due to change of mind is not permitted once payment is confirmed. Refunds are credited via bank transfer (3–5 working days) or back to the card-issuing bank.
Customers may cancel a service booking within 24 hours of reservation without penalty. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking incur a 20% cancellation fee. Eligible refunds (cancellations within the 24-hour window) are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. All ticket purchases/bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable. To cancel, contact memglobalventure@gmail.com. Reservation changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
Kelas Revolusi Dapur Online is sold on a strict no-refund basis. All purchases are final and access is granted as-is upon successful payment. The general 24-hour cancellation window and refund eligibility described above for Digital Products/Services do NOT apply to this product.
Applicable for physical products only — not applicable for digital products/services. We ship only to the billing or shipment address provided at purchase, and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Requests to change a shipping address must be emailed to memglobalventure@gmail.com within 12 hours of order submission; after 24 hours, the customer bears any related shipping charges. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). A tracking ID is provided once goods are collected by the shipping partner. For digital products/services, order confirmation and receipt are sent via email/mobile app/SMS.
MEM GLOBAL VENTURE respects the privacy of your personal information and collects it to deliver products and services, for future marketing, and to improve our services. Only authorized employees have access to your personal information. We will not sell your name, address, email, credit card, or personal information to third parties without your permission, except where necessary to provide a service to you, comply with legal obligations, or as part of a business sale or transfer.

No. Kelas Revolusi Dapur Online is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the general Digital Products/Services cancellation window described above.
